MANSA Executive Committee Welcomes Mr. Damodar Nayak, New Traffic Manager, MbPT

The President and the Executive Committee Members of MANSA met the newly appointed Traffic Manager, MbPT, Mr. Damodar Nayak on 9th January 2014 to welcome him with a floral bouquet.

The President and the Members briefed the Traffic Manager on the role of MANSA and their contribution to shipping fraternity and in particular to Ship Agents. As Users of the Port the Agents co-ordinate with the Port for improving the infrastructure, productivity and other issues which are related to Port and Vessel operations.

Mr. Damodar Nayak said that he has been working in the Ports of Haldia & Kochi and in his career he is well acquainted with the role Ship-Agents and their contribution towards functioning of the port While offering his sincere thanks to the Members, he earnestly urged the co-operation and support of MANSA to tackle the issues both short-term and long-term so as to enable Mumbai Port to bounce back to its original status and further growth.
